LaMancha Doe: Merci

We welcomed Merci to our farm on a cold and snowy day in November 2023.  Merci was a 2X 1st show goat and award winning milker with Platte Valley Goats but retired early after complications with her 2023 kidding.

We decided that we would love to have her join the Penner Mini Farms family and give her as much love and affection that we can in hopes that love and joy can heal anything!

Merci is the oldest Mancha on the farm, has 50 lbs on Daisy and is expecting Spring kids in 2024, so we lovingly nicknamed her “Big Mama” and “Big girl”.

We are SO EXCITED to have our very first (full size) LaMancha kids with Merci!
